Canadian Red Cross First Aid Training
Our first aid courses meet the requirements of the Canadian Red Cross and WSIB, offering a students critical life saving skills in an emergency.

Great facility, amazing staff! Danny and Fred gave high quality thorough instruction and information delivery. This was a welcoming and inclusive environment to train. Our trainer Danny was patient and well experienced. He provided a high level of understanding delivered in a manner that our class of level 1 s could follow, learn and repeat. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to certify or even get an introduction to rope access. This is a great resource for training and certification.
I took a 6-day, level 1 rope access training course here to get certified to do rope work. The course was very comprehensive and the staff were very experienced and knowledgeable. There was a high emphasis on safety, proper use of equipment, and climbing techniques and manoeuvres. It was a physically challenging course but well worth it.
Rope Access Maintenance went above and beyond my expectations from what I’ve heard from friends and colleagues who’ve also taken courses here. The facility is state of the art with more than enough gear to go around. The instructors I had, Travis and Daniel, were incredibly knowledgeable, were able to answer all the questions I had clearly and left me with a proper understanding of the course content. The progression of my SPRAT + IRATA course was very manageable with a very comfortable mix of class sessions and hands on practice so I was never left feeling overwhelmed by any portions of the course.
Our window cleaning company took the 6 day course for SPRAT, and the instructors did an amazing job explaining the ropes and encouraging us to get on them and get the experience. I highly recommended that anyone looking for rope access training come to RAM. Amazing Staff, amazing facility. 5 stars all around.
My second time certifying my IRATA level 1 ,Very knowledgeable and friendly trainers , the facility is top notch with a comfortable atmosphere, the trainers like to have fun, but at the same time, take the lessons very serious in regards to saftey. Any questions you have are explained very thoroughly and with thought towards the individual. I would highly recommend going through Ram Access for any type of rope access training. They are the best in the rope game
